Start/End: Edinburgh or Inverness (depending on your base)

08:00 – Depart from Inverness (or Edinburgh early with optional overnight)

  • Meet your guide and board the coach or minivan.
  • Travel along the Malt Whisky Trail into Speyside, Scotland’s whisky heartland.

10:00 – Benromach Distillery (Forres)

  • Family-owned, organic whisky distillery with traditional methods.
  • Includes: Distillery tour & 2 dram tasting
  • Duration: ~1 hour

3.

12:00 – Lunch Stop in Dufftown (Capital of Whisky)

  • Eat at a local pub like The Stuart Arms or The Highlander Inn.
  • Optional whisky bar visit with 100+ bottles available.

13:30 – Glenfiddich Distillery Tour (Dufftown)

  • One of the world’s most famous and awarded single malt brands.
  • Includes: Tour of the historic site, cask warehouse, and 3 dram tasting
  • Duration: ~1.5 hours

15:30 – The Macallan Estate (Craigellachie)

  • Ultra-modern visitor center & world-famous for luxury drams.
  • Includes: Signature tour with curated tasting of 3 premium whiskies
  • Duration: ~1.5 hours

6.

17:00 – Optional Whisky Shop Stop (Aberlour or Speyside Cooperage)

  • Pick up exclusive bottlings and whisky-themed souvenirs.

7.

18:00 – Return Journey Begins

  • Enjoy Highland views and maybe a whisky-themed playlist on the way back.

20:30 – Arrive back in Inverness (or 22:30 in Edinburgh)
