TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Day Trip
You have the opportunity to amend your booking for 1 Day Tours by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of your tour. This allows us to accommodate your changes effectively.
Extended Tours (more than one day)
For Extended Tours, which involve travel over multiple days, you may amend your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled departure date. This provides sufficient time for us to process your requests and ensure a seamless experience.
Cancellations
The Company retains the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the required minimum number of passengers for departure. The minimum threshold for a successful tour is set at 4 passengers. Should this scenario occur, the Company is committed to compensating the Customer either by providing a full refund of the amount paid for the tour or by offering a suitable alternative tour, contingent upon mutual agreement with the Customer.
Cancellation Charges
In the event that the Customer decides to cancel their scheduled tour reservation, the following conditions will apply:
For 1-Day Tours:
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance of the tour departure, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid.
Conversely, if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the departure time, you will not be eligible for any refund.
For Extended Tours (more than one day):**
Should you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before the planned departure, you will receive a complete refund of 100% of the total amount paid.
However, if you cancel your reservation within 7 days leading up to the departure, you will not receive any refund. Additionally, it is important to note that cancellation charges may be assessed by the Accommodation Provider, which the Customer will be responsible for paying.
Please be advised that it is crucial to arrive punctually for your scheduled tour. No refunds or options for rescheduling will be available if the passenger arrives late or is unable to locate the designated pick-up point.*
PROPERTY & LUGGAGE:
We want to ensure you have a great experience with us, whether it's on tour or using our luxury chauffeur hire services. This includes taking care of your luggage and personal belongings while they are in our vehicle. While we do our best to look after your items, we want to inform you that we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during your journey. To help keep your valuables safe, we recommend considering personal insurance for your luggage.

Please note that return times stated are estimated. Due to the unpredictable nature of travel, we cannot guarantee these times.
Please bear this in mind when arranging further travel connections. Saltire Travel are not responsible for missed travel connections.
We strongly advise procuring travel insurance in the unfortunate event that you are unable to reach connecting travel arrangements.
Tour Timings
Kindly be aware that the return times provided for our tours or Day Trips are estimates based on current conditions and typical travel patterns. Due to factors such as traffic, weather, and other unforeseen events, we cannot provide guarantees regarding these times.
As you plan your further travel arrangements, we strongly encourage you to take these potential delays into account to avoid any inconveniences. Please remember that Saltire Travel cannot assume responsibility for any missed connections resulting from return time discrepancies.
To safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances that may hinder your ability to reach your subsequent travel arrangements, we highly recommend that you secure travel insurance.
Pricing
All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current UK rate of 20%
Add 25% to any service starting or finishing between 23:00-00:00 and 06:00
Parking charges at cost
Airport "Meet & Greet" cost £15.00 for up to 1 hour waiting time at Airport.
